One : Do not buy a Motorola C651 cellfone. It is a constantly hanging piece of crap.
Two : With a budget of only P1k, I am looking for another cellphone that will serve as a '2nd phone', mainly for g-cash purposes. If you live in Manila and you have one in good working condition just lying around, any brand or model, let me know.
